01 · Scope

The Prakriti Summer Jamboree 2026 ("the Programme") is a holiday enrichment programme operated by altPrakriti Learning Pvt Ltd at two campuses in Noida, Uttar Pradesh:

These Terms govern the relationship between altPrakriti Learning Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "the School") and any parent or legal guardian ("you", "Parent") enrolling a child in the Programme.

02 · Acceptance

By completing the online registration form and ticking the "I agree to the Terms and Refund Policy" box, you confirm that:

03 · Fees and payment

Programme fees vary by age group, campus, and duration. The exact fee for your booking is shown on the registration form and in the payment-link email we send after you reserve a seat.

A reserved seat is held for 24 hours. Payment must be completed within this window via the Razorpay payment link we email you. After 24 hours an automated reminder is sent; after 72 hours an unpaid reservation expires and the seat is released.

All fees are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes (where any). Payment-gateway processing charges are absorbed by us.

Fruit break and lunch

A mid-morning fruit break and freshly cooked vegetarian lunch are included in the programme fee at both campuses.

Sec 128 add-ons

At Prakriti (Sec 128) only, the following are available as chargeable add-ons and are not included in the base programme fee:

04 · Discounts

Three discounts may apply, but only the single largest one a child qualifies for will be applied to their booking. Discounts do not stack.

If a parent claims the Sibling discount on more than one child within the same family, we reserve the right to apply the discount to only one booking and refund any excess collected, or to require the parent to choose which child the discount applies to.

05 · Cancellation and refunds

See our full Refund Policy for the complete terms. In summary:

06 · Code of conduct

The Programme is built around play, curiosity, and care. We expect:

07 · Safety and medical

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, dietary needs, or developmental considerations relevant to your child's safety at the time of registration. You can also share these with our team directly via WhatsApp or email at any point during the Programme.

In the event of a medical situation, our team will administer first aid where appropriate and contact you immediately on the emergency contact number provided. For situations that exceed first aid, we will arrange transport to the nearest hospital and notify you simultaneously. You authorise us to take reasonable medical decisions in such a scenario where you cannot be reached in time.

Children with active fevers, contagious infections, or recent serious illness should not attend the Programme until cleared by a doctor.

08 · Use of image and likeness

We may occasionally photograph or film Programme activities for our internal records and for use on our website, social media, and parent communications. By default we treat these images as standard programme documentation and do not name children.

If you do not want your child's image used in any external communications, please email jamboree@prakriti.org.in within 7 days of registration and we will note this against your child's profile.

09 · Programme changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme schedule, activities, facilitators, or venue based on weather, attendance, safety, or operational requirements. Major changes will be communicated to parents in advance via WhatsApp and email. If a change materially affects the value of the Programme as you understood it at registration, you may cancel for a full refund.

10 · Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms if performance is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: government order, pandemic-related restrictions, extreme weather events, civil unrest, or utility failure. In such cases we will work with affected parents to offer either a credit toward a future programme or a refund of fees for unrendered services.

11 · Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions for the safety and well-being of every child in our care, the Programme involves physical activity (swimming, climbing, skateboarding, outdoor play) and creative materials (clay, art supplies). Minor scrapes, bruises, or stains on clothing should be expected. By enrolling, you accept the ordinary risks associated with such activities.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected portion of the Programme. We accept no liability for loss of personal belongings brought to the campus by your child.

12 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
